about BMW R1300 GS / 1300GS Adventure

R1200GSA 719 option

BMW’s new R1300GS is the lightest, punchiest, most compact and powerful GS there’s ever been.

The popular adventure bike has a higher level of standard equipment, a new face and a bewildering array of optional extras, including an electronic ride height device, semi-active suspension with variable spring rates and a collision warning system that’ll dab the brakes for you in an emergency. That’s on top of a selection of front and rear seats, screens, levers, new luggage options, longer travel off-road suspension…the list goes on and on.

What makes SAF Next so clever is the addition of two completely new features: first, the ability for a shock to alter its spring rate (and take just 0.1 seconds to do it); and second, for a bike to automatically reduce its seat height at low speed to help a rider get their feet down. These two functions are completely independent – ie the system for changing spring stiffness is completely separate from the system that changes seat height – and they’re both in addition to all the existing cleverness you’ll already find on BMW’s Dynamic ESA, such as semi-active damping and automatic preload compensation.

T-Tech suspension specializes in dynamic ESA servicing with primary focus for BMW electronic suspension

For this model we offer shock service ,spring upgrade and internal tuning revalve of the OEM dampers .Saf next is very uniqe but it can be easly tunned to your speciffication .varable spring rate system will be able to compensate only to some point but replacing physical spring makes the biggest impact on motorcycle dynamic response .

We stock full range of aftermarket TracTive Suspension high performance 46MM shocks for all BMW R1300GS and R1300GS Adventure that are fully compatibile with bike for now NON ELECTRONIC

Springs are very important factor of any motorcycle suspension by selecting correct spring for the rider we can improve bike response and help offload hydraulic side of the damper 1300GS

We know bike is eqiupped with varable spring rate but we found during the test rides that for havier riders it will also benefit with upgrading main spring with appropriate spring rate this helps to support the bike thrue the stroke and Dynamic spring asist will not engage very often secandary spring rate relise on piston rod pressure resulting in very high internal pressure and what goes with it hashnes due to excesive seal drag .

We took it step feather ! and we can also offer full service and shock revalve to provide additional support and add more comfort BMW
