SUSPENSION SERVICE REQUEST FORM

  1. Before removing the shock, test ESA modes and notify of any fault code if present.
  2. Please make sure bike responds when changing the spring preload one helmet/two helmetsetc or MIN/MAX. IF NOT PLEASE NOTIFY
  3. SET you ESA suspension to SOFT and MIN. PRELOAD (one helmet) before removing. Shock will be returned with the same setting if no additional work is required to the hydraulic preload adjuster.
  4. You will be notified once you parcel arrives with us on the number provided below.
  5. We recommend using UPS.com or DPD couriers main website or Parcel2go.com
