The stock rear shock on the Tuareg 660 is designed more for road comfort than serious off-road use. While adequate on smooth surfaces, it quickly shows its limits when pushed on rough terrain — too soft, with insufficient damping once the suspension is working hard. Our upgrade kit corrects this, providing increased compression and rebound control throughout the entire stroke for a more stable, controlled ride.

Recognizing the need for a true solution, our team has invested countless hours of development and testing to deliver a comprehensive, cost-effective upgrade. The result is a shock that significantly enhances performance and resilience, allowing riders to tackle demanding off-road terrain with confidence while maintaining comfort on the road.

Important Installation Note

This is not a DIY kit. No modifications are needed to the included parts, but servicing a shock absorber requires specialist knowledge and tools. If you are not experienced in shock servicing, we strongly recommend having this kit installed by a professional suspension technician.
