BMW K1300 models shock service including service parts, oil and nitrogen charge.
Our service is simple – you send us your loose shock absorber, we refurbish it to the very highest standard the same way as it was assembled in the factory.
We don’t drill additional ports or cut and solder the cables BMW ESA shocks will look the same way sa they are supply new.
Then we return it to you with DPD24 extended liability on a next-day service.

Our service includes:
- Disassembly of shock absorber including all internal parts
- Inspection of all parts for wear or damage
- Inspection of piston rod for straightness, damage and polish
- Strip and thorough clean of piston assemblies
- Replace all oil seals, dust seals, O-rings and bushes
- Replace piston wear band with OEM or LOW FRICTION PISTON BUSH (look for additional extras)
- Rebuild shock absorber with high quality factory grade shock oil
- Charge with Nitrogen
- ESA functionality is checked after the service
- Shock is tested on the shock dyno connected to the ESA controller in diffrent settings
When sending us your shock absorber, remember the following:
- Prices quoted are for a single shock absorber and include VAT. Our twin shock service is twice the cost
- Please ensure you include a note with your full name, telephone number, email address, make/model/year of bike and a list of the services required
- Download the service form and include in the box
- Our standard service does not include the cost of top/bottom bushes/bearings, we cover the hydraulic element of the shock only
- Common problems with ESA shocks: piston rod damage over 50K miles ,water damage to the stepper motors ,spring corrosion, seized rebound needle, lower needle bearing corrosion, no response to the dashboard changes.
- Anything over and above the aforementioned will be charged at the rate as per the optional extras on our website
- Powder coated or new springs to rider weight are available.
