My name is Lukasz, and I am an avid motorcycle enthusiast and adventurer. A decade-long suspension journey reflects my deep commitment to the world of motorcycling and a passion for continuous improvement.

The absence of instructions, relevant information and service parts for electronic shocks certainly was a significant obstacle but overcoming challenges, introducing innovative solutions, and reaching new milestones is what I do the best.

My hands-on experience and deep understanding of mechanical and fluid dynamic principles allowed me to transform ordinary rides into extraordinary experiences. In the realm of motorcycles, I have carved my niche as a skilled suspension specialist.

My personal experiences, travelling from the cold reaches of Nordkapp, Norway, to the sun-soaked shores of Sicily, provide a unique and first-hand perspective on the importance of motorcycle suspension. Where is T-Tech located?

We are located in South Croydon, United Kingdom, however we offer our services across the country.

Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately there is no retail store on the premises, all products are shipped directly to the customer. Additionally in some circumstances we can offer a fitting service by appointment – please contact us for more information.

I’m having fitment issues with an item, what should I do?

Our products are designed to be a straight-forward DIY fit using typical home workshop tools – although we do suggest that certain products (typically front fork/suspension) do require a degree of mechanical knowledge and/or experiance – and this is noted in the Important Information section for the respective product.

If you are having any issues with the fitment or use of any products, first double check you have ordered the correct part for your motorcycle, and then do double check the fitting and usage instructions on the website.

We strongly recommend you contact us directly, instead of asking social media for fitting advice. 

How does the shock service work?

We follow a streamlined process to ensure your motorbike gets the best suspension service or replacement. Click here to see a step-by-step guide to our process.

how do I deliver shocks to you?

• If you’re remote, you’ll remove your shocks and send them to us for inspection, service, or replacement. We recommend using an online service for sending your parcel.

Book your parcel collection

• If you come in with your bike, our technician will handle all this work on the day. Your motorbike stays with us.
